1. 许可1. License

下载 / 安装传世后,我们授予你在你拥有或控制的设备上、依照其各自平台规则使用本软件的个人、非独占、不可转让许可。Pro 终身版的解锁绑定到平台账号下的购买回执,迁移规则由该平台决定。 Upon download/install, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Transhi on devices you own or control, subject to your platform's rules. The Pro Lifetime unlock is tied to your platform-account purchase receipt; portability rules are set by that platform.

2. 可接受的使用2. Acceptable use

传世只在你自己的 Wi-Fi 内工作。不要用它来传输你无权传输的内容,不要用它绕过任何法律法规,也请不要试图把它改造成一个互联网中转工具——你做不到,我们也不会帮你。 Transhi only works on your own Wi-Fi. Don't use it to move content you don't have the right to move. Don't use it to circumvent any law. And don't try to turn it into an Internet relay — you can't, and we won't help.

3. 没有担保3. No warranty

传世按「现状」提供。我们尽最大努力让它健壮、安全、可续传,但我们不为 LAN 上的任何丢包、停电、Wi-Fi 干扰、文件损坏或剪贴板冲突提供担保。重要文件请保留独立备份。 Transhi is provided "as is." We make every effort to keep it robust, secure, and resumable, but we cannot warrant against packet loss, blackouts, Wi-Fi interference, file corruption, or clipboard conflicts on your LAN. Keep independent backups of anything important.

4. 责任限制4. Limitation of liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内,我们对你因使用传世造成的任何间接、附随、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。我们的累计责任最高不超过你为获得本软件所支付的金额——也就是 0 美元或 9.99 美元。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Transhi. Our cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software — that is, $0 or $9.99.

5. 适用法律5. Governing law

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖,不适用其冲突法规则。 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
